Leading in program development of financial coaching & counseling services for residents of the Seattle Housing Authority. Efforts include regular research efforts, designing curricula, empowering individuals through 1:1 financial coaching, facilitating workshops in group settings, and addressing individual barriers to increase self-sufficiency with money matters.

Contracted with a client to lead research efforts in 5 different school districts across Washington State to understand the pain points in the postsecondary enrollment process.

User researcher on Google's Communications UX team. Provided data-driven insights for Google’s mobile-first communications products. Produced research support for the launch of two communication apps. The primary focus of the role included video calling habits with topics related to machine learning, messaging, and expressions.

As assistant to the Director of Communications, I manage and monitor over 400 pages of the OMAD’s website using Wordpress CMS. This includes using effective organization patterns for information; styling headings, visuals, and paragraphs; designing pages for responsive and accessible design, and creating on brand graphics to promote an engaging and elegant space for resources and services.
