▪ Partner with Sales Team to manage NICE (InContact) customer renewals moving to End of Life support. Engaged in pricing negotiations, upgraded licenses onto new platform - CXOne and added value by streamlining the process. 1MM Maintenance Revenue.
▪ Managed Nexidia (Analytics) software renewals. Provided quotes, close maintenance contracts, reactive past due revenue and negotiate subscription terms. 1.5MM Maintenance Revenue.
▪Southern Cone Territory - Assigned 350 contracts annually, reactivated past due contracts ($750,000), exceeded annual Target Revenue numbers by selling multi-year renewals and upgrading current customer platforms. Held customer engagements, hosting daily meetings on teams, processing of new transactions, and making sure customers are moved into our new Salesforce (Azure) platform.
▪Primary objective for our team is to meet customer satisfaction objectives; closed over 250 customer renewals per year and navigated relationships with Sales, Legal, Finance, Global Support and Customer Care departments to resolve critical service-related issues for customers.
