I lead product for Shopify’s Checkout Experience — the out-of-the-box checkout used by millions of merchants globally. I manage a team of PMs across a 60+ engineering org, driving continuous improvements to the buyer experience, performance, and conversion of Shopify’s checkout.

Scope & Highlights:

• Oversee UX, performance, and new buyer-facing features across the checkout funnel.

• Own accelerated checkouts including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.

• Own Shopify’s branding APIs and UI component system powering checkout customization.

• Founding PM for Checkout Kit - mobile/native SDKs (Swift, Android, React Native) that enable apps to embed a full-featured, app-idiomatic checkout sheet while preserving merchant customizations.

Lead teams responsible for building out core B2B e-commerce and sales order management features across web, iOS and Android.
