Seed Consulting Group is a nonprofit organization that provides pro bono consulting services for public health and environmental nonprofits in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Orange County.

As a Project Manager, I led a team of three consultants on a project with a mental health nonprofit to develop a marketing strategy for their training programs. My role involved developing the project scope, setting the high-level strategy, and managing the timeline and weekly assignments for the team's midterm and final deliverables.

As a Consultant, I worked with a team of four to help develop a growth strategy for a health technology company. My research focus included competitive analysis, demographic and health data analysis, and strategic partnerships.

The Emergency Preparedness & Response Department is responsible for developing emergency plans and initiatives to ensure PG&E has the necessary resources, tools, and capabilities to respond effectively to a major emergency.

As a Project Manager, I worked with emergency liaisons across departments to assess current preparedness capabilities, identify gaps, and drive projects to strengthen emergency response. The strategic side of my role required working closely with executive leadership to understand company goals and design initiatives that aligned with the mission. The execution side included coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing projects from start to finish, often under tight deadlines.

The Base Camp Project was a highly visible, brand new company-wide initiative to acquire property that could be used as emergency base camps in the aftermath of a catastrophic event. During my time as Project Manager, the base camp properties portfolio increased from 33 sites to over 80 sites.

My role as Project Manager included drafting the project charter, planning the long-term strategy, and developing the standard process and templates to be used in contract negotiations. In creating the long-term project strategy, I developed a framework for risk assessment to better prioritize which locations in California to focus on. This required working extensively in Google Maps Pro and developing mapping capabilities through KML shape files.
