Helped develop a web-based tournament management platform, including team and player registration, automated student and identity verification, scoring submission and resolution, and displaying brackets and leaderboards. This led to hosting 300+ tournaments with thousands of players. Led a team of 6 in delivering automatic student verification.

Established unit and UI testing frameworks, conducted over 20 technical presentations, introduced TypeScript to our projects, and took ownership in developing an internal React component library npm package.

Implemented full stack solutions using NextJS, React, React Native, Express, Redis, GraphQL, and MongoDB for eFuse’s website and mobile app, contributing to company growth from 12 to 100 employees.

Revamped eFuse's esports social media platform (web and mobile) by rewriting the news feed and “create post” modal, implementing a job search page, and gamifying the platform with hyping for posts, resulting in over 100,000 MAU.

Expanded our team from 5 to 33 engineers by actively participating in the hiring process for over 70 candidates.
