Pharmacy Technicians facilitate the daily business of a retail pharmacy. We receive, process, and then release each patient's prescriptions to them while maintaining their privacy and providing friendly customer service. We are responsible for billing customer's insurance providers and resolving any issues should they occur. We work closely with customers to explain and (if possible) alleviate unexpected gaps in coverage or high medication costs when appropriate.
