In my mission-critical role as a GTM Engineer at Forgeworks.ai, I was brought in as a Clay specialist for a fast-growing RevOps agency and official HubSpot partner, supporting B2B SaaS clients that needed their go-to-market systems to actually work, not just look good on a diagram. I translated GTM strategy into practical enrichment, routing, and ICP scoring workflows, and built the underlying data structure that keeps account and contact records aligned across Clay, HubSpot, and the wider GTM stack.
A major part of my work has been building Clay workflows that combine firmographic, technographic, product usage, and intent signals into prioritized account and contact lists that sales and marketing can operate from immediately, while also designing master account and contact tables so critical fields like ICP fit, buying stage, and role stay consistent from system to system. I’ve also orchestrated end-to-end workflows that pull in external data, enrich and score records, then write results back into CRM and downstream tools through lookups and upserts, avoiding the manual CSV loop that breaks the moment the business speeds up.
