As a Sr. UX Designer in Autodesk Forge, currently working on improving the Developer Experience for our internal CI/CD platform.

• Prototyped a POC application using React to measure the effectiveness of the internal design system of US Dept. of Defense - JAIC (Joint Artificial Intelligence Center)

• Helped facilitate a brainstorming session, using Mural, to align JAIC team members with new priorities, define team culture & values and establish a recurring process that is inclusive of all team members.

• Led UX Research efforts at RSA by establishing a process for regular quantitative (Pendo UX Analytics, Surveys) and qualitative research (Usability Testing, Interviews). The research provided insights into user behavior that helped inform design decisions and product strategy.

• Designed and shipped product features for RSA NetWitness SIEM web application in collaboration with Project Managers, Product Owners, SMEs, and Engineers.

• Implemented a design system with feedback from other designers to build a unified set of standardized components, patterns, and usability guidelines.

User research and prototyping of integrated user privacy and natural interaction with voice user interface such as Amazon Alexa and Google home.

• Lead designer in the research and Advocacy team for Faculty research projects in the School of Literature, Science and the Arts.

• Designer and Front-end Developer for LSA Information Technology Services.
