Led a team of product managers, responsible for expanding and enhancing PayPal's card processing capabilities across North America, EMEA and APAC regions. Initially started with North America and APAC regions, and subsequently expanded remit to cover EMEA.

Started out as product lead for bank payments, grew into leading card acquiring team in strategically significant Asia Pacific region. Managed product relationship across 10 key processing partners.

Delivered multimillion dollars cost savings through process automations. Reduced high priority operational incidents and helped drive customer experience improvements.

• Global lead for the bank’s cash receivables product. Ownership for strategy, P&L management, investment planning, pricing and revenue goals.

• Develop and implement new product streams and enhancements related to payments (ACH, Cheques, Direct Debits, e-commerce, acquiring and mobile wallets); guide development team of 6 with annual technology spend of over $10m.

• Drive growth, analyse performance, lead client sessions (multinational/local) and train, up-tier teams.
