Managed a small team of product designers to drive revenue growth in Netflix’s partnerships business. Established a new team amidst organizational changes, oversaw connections with cross-functional stakeholders, and drove the influence of design in the business and product development process.
Strategized and executed Netflix experimentations and product launches on web, TV, and mobile for customers from Netflix’s telecom and TV partners around the world. Led and mentored other designers and collaborated deeply with product, engineering, partner engagement, data science, and user research stakeholders.
I lead a small team of designer volunteers who created the new 8by8 Challenge experience that advocates Asian American civic participation. 8by8 is a technology-based StopAsianHate nonprofit looking to increase historically low levels of voter registration and turnout in the AAPI community. We are currently developing an app that incentivizes people to invite their AAPI friends to vote, by using social media and offering rewards at local restaurants.
