• Identify user needs and conduct user research and user interviews

• Translate user pain points and needs into new usable and valuable features

• Support the demo of new/updated features

• Take part in sprint planning to clarify design specifications with the Development team

• Design and document components and interaction patterns across Melatech web and mobile platforms

• Build and maintain the design systems, from foundational elements to more sophisticated components

• Define UX guidelines, standards, and best practices for consistency across Melatech products

• Collaborate closely with the Development team to ensure proper component and feature implementation

• Coordinate, prioritize, plan and perform QA tasks and tests

• Designing and developing user-friendly and simple solutions in an Agile environment for Pluto’s web-based map dashboard and mobile application.

• Working with a wide range of languages, frameworks and technologies such as HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Angular and Ionic during the development process.

• Working closely with the product owner and assisting during the implementation of the newly created UX/UI solutions.
