Overview
Hints is a mobile-first AI CRM assistant that automates distribution workflows, integrated with Notion, HubSpot, Trello, ClickUp, Google Calendar, Pipedrive, Jira, and Obsidian.
Since joining the team in late 2022, I've led design through several defining product pivots, culminating in our landmark solution focused on reshaping the future of AI-driven human–software interaction within distribution workflows.
Solutions
Hints' solution redefines how people interact with software in distribution workflows. We built a mobile-first, AI-driven CRM assistant designed for the reality of modern work, where decisions happen on the go, context is fragmented, and speed matters. Hints automates distribution workflows, while integrating seamlessly with tools teams rely on.
Results
My work has contributed to a 40 percent lift in ARR, a 3x increase in conversion rates, a 4x improvement in time to production, AI integration into design workflows, and validation of 100 plus product hypotheses. The result is a new interaction model for CRM: lightweight, mobile-native, AI-assisted, and embedded directly into everyday workflows.
