Led the Category Governance teams for Beauty, Personal Care, and Fashion, driving the launch of new categories and accelerating GMV growth through strategic product and business partnerships. Led the safe expansion of TikTok Shop upon its US launch, scaling the Traffic Channel Governance team. Partnered with our Algo (AI) team to define, train, and maintain models for listing traffic management. Developed a playbook with 200+ algorithmic strategies, including predictive and risk-based guardrails. Led coordination across product, search, and recommendations teams to implement controls for high-risk, low-quality listings, consistently surpassing GMV and Customer Complaint Rate targets across 52+ scenarios in Shoptab, Affiliate, Ads, User Growth, and Campaigns.
