Broadridge Advisor Solutions is a multi-client-based web development branch of Broadridge Financial Solutions.

• Managed 6 territories for Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch across the United States.

• Monthly Communication with Financial Advisors to update them on new technologies, explain new

features, and improvements to be made on their site.

• Communicated daily via phone and email with diverse financial teams.

• Achieved the conversion of 3,000 Financial Advisors over to their new website design.

Thomson Reuters handles West Law publishing in Minnesota. They run a state specific search and planning programs for Law offices throughout the United States.

• Worked directly with the sales department to gather client requirements. Created a workflow of

process mapping to develop a specific model for the client.

• Edited license agreements and sent representative leads from client websites to the sales group.

• Accomplished 50-75 leads a day for sales staff.
