• Built and modernized numerous features for the Stars sending and creator experiences.
• Helped launched multiple incentives program for creators, starting with Stars and expanding across the org to Fan Subscriptions and Matterhorn.
• Contributed primarily to our desktop codebase, with some work in mobile and backend.
• Introduced processes to promote better engineering practices within the team, and scaled up to help with org wide SEV reviews.
Paid Online Events, ~0.5 years:
• Built the desktop event creation flow complete with support for Messenger Rooms.
• Ran experiments with an updated event creation flow that increased event creation by 150% and onboarded creators by 770%.
• Drove XFN collaboration with design, content, and data teams to unblock different versions of our product.
Branded Content, ~0.5 years:
• Built tools to streamline brand tagging in sponsored creator posts.
• Added features to the real time enforcement flow that increased tagging rates by 150%.
• Helped launch an "In Support Of" tag for creators to use in the early days of Covid-19.
Additionally helped out with college recruiting, mentored multiple new grads, managed 2 interns, and peer mentored another intern.
