Management of Retrofit Program Portfolio. Developed Meta's first Global Data Center Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) Program, working with 17 global telecom teams.

Led multiple programs for Meta's Infrastructure Data Center organization including the rollout out of a new product introduction program, validating internal sanitization methods for data eradication, build out strategy to expand university recruiting program and pipeline, and oversaw service documentation tooling program and roadmap to integrate SaaS with internal repair ticketing tool.

Responsible for IT project management - solutions architecture on multimedia telematics program. Managed status reports, risks, decisions, and resolved open issues for the program. Oversaw ideation workshops and proof of concepts. Established the vendor management strategy and best practices, and contract management processes at Toyota's new mobility start-up company, Toyota Connected. Oversaw execution of over $13M in contracts, created vendor onboarding workflow, and developed purchase order processes.

Provided program management consulting services on a $374M new model year engine implementation program for a passenger vehicle manufacturer. Helped manage schedule, budget and scope while advancing continuous process improvements programmatically.

Provided project management consulting services for a commercial truck manufacturer, primarily working on engine compliance programs. Manage build schedules, engineering part and design releases, reporting, risk analysis and quarterly executive presentations for projects up to $13M.
