Manage, lead, and oversee design teams on multiple projects of different sizes. Scope, estimate, resource, and communicate project approach. Coordinate with senior stakeholders, and all team members including designers, developers, product owners, and project managers. Maintain high-quality outcomes internally and manage client expectations to complete projects on time and within budget.

+ Plan, educate, and create repeatable, componentized design systems for major e-commerce websites, custom marketing portals, enterprise software, and mobile applications.

+ Advise, oversee, and lead design team. Define processes, levels of fidelity, and scope of solutions.

+ Create pitch, sales, and rapid prototype materials to support new business and expand current accounts.

Lead projects from pitch to deployment, working closely with clients to develop custom creative and technical solutions. Coordinate with account directors, internal and external staff to achieve outstanding results within the budget and timeline available. Promoted to position after Candyspace took over Joule’s creative fulfillment.

+ Conceptualize and pitch multiple custom digital out of home, digital, viral, and social projects to match client’s strategic goals. Foster positive creative relationships with clients, promote innovation, and increase brand exposure.
