Worked on a front-end facing project contributing code to be used in production. Quickly learned and utilized new frameworks, most of which were internal, but also including Angular 2, Material Design, and Typescript. Submitted and pushed code as early as the fourth day.

Tutored an Introduction to Java and a Computer Organization & Systems Programming (C and Assembly) classes. Assisted students with any programming questions, led discussion sections, graded programming assignments/quizzes/exams. Also privately tutored AP Computer Science.

Worked with a team on a plugin dedicated to integrating two different systems and providing a graphical representation. Learned and applied new technologies/methodologies including ReST, DDS, Java GUI, and JMockit. Contributed to interface design, which was utilized in the plugin to provide flexibility.

Appointed to a position on the executive board to manage the organization’s website (Ruby on Rails), including bug fixes and improvements. Created a feature that combines data from the server and user input into a cohesive requirement tracker. Created a forum to facilitate official organization discussions.
