• Created an external page that integrates with hospitals’ Single Sign Ons to securely share their data

• Created infrastructure to upload cases to be processed through the website, stored on S3, and process offline

• Wrote a “global upload” page for new customers to use a limited password to access the upload page

• Worked with Customer Success Managers to implement quality of life improvements like a batch download

• Maintained the front end and updated it to handle larger data and show more relevant information

• Rewrote the notification e-mails to be generic, allowing us to quickly send new e-mails for new workflows

Numerated is a fin tech startup that builds a SaaS platform for banks’ financial services, mostly small business loans

• Wrote a new Workflow manager to help bankers better see tasks required to in progress loan applications

• Created a Document Storage system in S3 system to securely upload customer documents at scale

• Created the pages to allow self-service for bank customers, including rebuilding internal systems to radically change assumptions about what information it would have about customers and loans, and what security it needs

• Parallelized the algorithm the ASR engine runs on new machine learning model formats

• Created an error correction system in ASR, that used automated tests and human review on that filtered set

• Wrote machine learning to take known sentences and entities, and create new sentences from catalogues of items

• Updated the system to AB test new language models on a small percentage of live traffic and not just the Beta pool

• Rewrote the profanity filter on Alexa to recognize context instead of a simple list of words

• Created new data structures for Expedia to consume information from HomeAway, such as variable commission percent, and send information to them, such as country of the point of sale

• Surfaced HomeAway specific property information on the Hotel Infosite page

• Allowed Expedia to use HomeAway’s more complicated cancel policies
