• Schedule and perform annual inspection of LIRR assets including bridges, viaducts, stations, culverts, from LIC to Montauk & Greenport and submitting detailed inspection reports documenting deficiencies

• Responsible for special inspections including high tension towers, retaining walls, tunnels, monitoring & emergency inspections and submitting inspection & flag reports documenting conditions

• Coordinate and inspect contractor operations that affect train operations ranging from NYS DOT bridge rehabilitation work, National Grid, PSEG and other 3rd Party contractor work along LIRR ROW.

• Review engineering design drawings related to work on LIRR property for various construction and maintenance practices not limited to pipe jacking, directional drilling, and overhead work.

• Supervised 3rd party contractors responsible for maintenance and repair of LIRR owned elevators, escalators and HVAC equipment including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.

• Coordinated with public affairs, NYCTA, and print shop in preparation for elevator & escalator shutdowns
