I manage programs spanning analytics, AI automation, and operational health for intellectual property enforcement across Meta's platforms.
I built an AI-powered self-service analytics tool that became the second most-used at Meta (59 users, 779 analyst hours saved), and led a multi-initiative automation program targeting six-figure annual cost savings through rules-based automation, AI classification, and workflow redesign across 800+ enforcement policies.
I wrote 87,975 lines of production SQL across 70 queries, expanded metric coverage from 46% to 95% while cutting reporting overhead by 96%, and merged 10 reporting processes into a single channel used by 30+ stakeholders. Mapping all 354 enforcement decision categories revealed resolution rates 30-40pp above prior estimates, driving four demand-reduction projects.
I designed a tiered support model that improved service goal attainment by 11pp and reduced turnaround times by 99%. I consolidated 936 intake queues into 43 workflows across 21 teams. I led backlog remediation closing 123,738 reports ($143k savings) and a prior effort reducing backlog from 373k to 9.8k (97.4%).
I managed EU Digital Services Act readiness across five regulatory review cycles and led incident response for data discrepancies across three operations verticals, coordinating seven cross-functional teams to confirm no impact on external reporting.

I transitioned from front-line enforcement into project management, leading cross-functional initiatives in labeling operations, measurement framework design, and compliance.
I redesigned the labeling operations pipeline, replacing niche workflows with generic infrastructure that could accommodate new use cases quickly. Insights from this infrastructure increased our automated classifier action rate by 48%, and new detection rules improved true positive identification by 327%. When a bug created a 37,482-ticket backlog, I assembled a six-team working group that resolved it without additional vendor resources.
I designed a measurement framework for proactive enforcement, consolidating roughly 30 fragmented metrics into 16 team-endorsed metrics through cross-functional feedback sessions with Data, Engineering, Legal, and Special Events teams.
I continued leading EU Copyright Directive implementation, creating review queues, standard responses, and appeals guidance for German copyright takedowns in coordination with Legal, Policy, and Global Markets. I tracked member state implementation and presented regulatory projections to cross-functional groups.
After two team departures, I absorbed continuity across two umbrella initiatives with nine sub-initiatives, trained three new hire cohorts, and served as the go-to resource for appeals.

I started on the front line of copyright enforcement, processing thousands of takedown tickets, appeals, and proactive removals across Meta's platforms. This role was about building fluency: understanding how copyright law translates into enforcement decisions, learning when to escalate and when to act, and developing operational judgment from reviewing content at volume.
I processed over 6,000 tickets with a 97% quality score (goal: 95%), performed 10,000+ proactive content removals, and handled 2,000+ appeals. I trained three new hire cohorts and external vendor teams, contributing to a 97.8% vendor audit pass rate. As the team's Covid misinformation point of contact, I built a response strategy that achieved a 99% removal rate on 900+ pieces of content.
I led EU Copyright Directive compliance for our team, creating review queues, standard responses, and appeals guidance for German copyright takedowns with Legal, Policy, and Global Markets. I wrote legislative analyses tracking member state implementation and presented regulatory projections to cross-functional groups.
I also designed feedback loops between six cross-functional and vendor teams and created a standardized questionnaire to improve quality signals from external partners.

I taught 6th grade math and social studies in Cincinnati through Teach for America. I improved student test scores by 15% through data-informed, flexible teaching methods. I designed classroom procedures that reduced disciplinary actions by 20%. I implemented data protection processes for student records in compliance with state and federal law. I advocated for student needs with school administration and performed community outreach, increasing parent engagement with faculty by 70%.
Teaching in a high-need school taught me how to build trust, communicate complex information to varied audiences, and operate in environments where the playbook does not exist yet. Those skills transferred directly into operations and program management.
