Paladin is a SaaS platform that connects and empowers the pro bono legal ecosystem to expand and accelerate access to justice around the world. I lead the engineering and product organizations from pre-revenue to a successful Series A and strong market traction.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

* Worked closely with company founders to identify business opportunities in the delivery of pro bono legal services.

* Lead product development of a pro bono management SaaS platform and brought it to market.

* Built, grew and managed the engineering and product organization - establishing and continually improving processes to increase engineering quality and productivity.

* Architected and engineered a data platform and brought new data products to market to enhance Paladin’s SaaS offering.

* Worked closely with customers and vendors from procurement through implementation and ongoing support.

Hillary for America was the national political campaign for the election of Hillary Clinton in the 2016 United States Presidential Election.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

* Senior engineer on the donations team - responsible for building and maintaining revenue-generating digital products, leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.

* Built and managed services that processed millions of dollars of donations via web, SMS, email and Twitter.

Unfold is a social network for sharing and discovering great content with people that matter to you. Our mission was to eliminate the noise and social ephemera found on other social networks to provide users with an experience that was fun, visually compelling, interactive and laser-focused on finding, sharing and consuming amazing articles. I lead product development of our iOS application and backend APIs.

charity: water is an innovative nonprofit that has brought clean drinking water to millions of people worldwide. I built software tools and platforms that helped raise and distribute funds and report back to donors so they could see exactly where their money went and the communities they served.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

* Technical lead for the 2014 September fundraising campaign, delivering a marketing site and new donation platform functionality that helped deliver clean water to 100,000 people in the Sahel region of Africa.

* Built new functionality for the Java-based donor platform to support matching donations.

* Built back-office tools in PHP and MySQL to facilitate better communication and data exchange between our NYC-based Program teams and partners in the field.

* Built real-time analytics tools for Executive and Growth teams.

* Integrated third-party systems like Box, NetSuite, Stripe and Paypal.
