What began as a wild, ambitious dream (born in a library classroom amidst finals) became a reality in just 6 short months of visioning, designing, leading, and executing an exciting two-day annual national convention for hundreds of dedicated K-pop fans.
• Founded the first collegiate Korean pop convention in the United States, attracting 300 attendees, and setting the precedent for future conventions
• Direct project management of two-day event with a $10,000 budget and tasks including mission visioning, sponsorship procurement, community collaboration, feedback surveys, and motivating a team of 10 extraordinary, dedicated, and passionate students
• Recruit and mentor new student leaders and volunteers to excel in professional finance, design, marketing, workshops, sustainability, and operations - all with the implementation of Google Apps
