Capture & validate design requirements from Product Owners, Engineers and User Researchers. Create user flows, IA, sketches & wireframes, develop interactive prototypes, and design web and mobile B2B & B2C applications. Conduct quick usability testings, participate in studies with User Research & testing team, collect & validate feedback to eliminate gaps and re-align with product requirements. Deliver assets/specs and collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure the best implementation of projects.

Capture project requirements from CEO, CTO, Engineering Directors & Marketing, analyse them and compose into a design brief, and then agree the brief with all stakeholders. Apply design expertise to cope with potential issues and come up with optimal solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. Provide sketches, create wireframes, information architecture, still & interactive prototypes, user flows to serve as reference materials for myself and frontend and backend engineers where appropriate. Promptly make adjustments to design to eliminate gaps revealed during user testing and to comply with implementation specifics in accordance with feedback from war-room discussions with the rest of the team. Make sure designs are implemented within given time and resource constraints.
