• Created and maintained the automations for onboarding new customers into the Okta Workflows product.

• Owner and maintainer of UI and Data Layer micro services.

• Lead a multi-team effort on the consolidation and expansion of the former Azuqua help tools with the new Okta help tools, including additional Elasticsearch capabilities.

• Managed and extended Kubernetes based CI/CD test, build, and deploy pipelines for UI and Data Layer micro services.

• Fixed all Data Layer Integration tests, rewrote them in Typescript, and integrated them into our CI/CD build and tests pipelines. This took coverage from 0% to 30%.

• Lowered the barrier to entry on testing UI components by providing templates and tutorials. This lead to increased code coverage on all future PR's.

• Implemented CI parallelization that decreased build and test job length by 28%.

• A top 3 GitHub contributor (PR's submissions and reviews) for the entire Okta Workflows team (40+ engineers), and number 1 overall in our UI and Data Layer micro services.

Working on the User Experience team to deliver an easy and intuitive to use product.

• Creating and managing customer plans, features, and subscription stories. I created plan definitions, new feature sets, and their implementation in the UI. I also integrated the plans with the Stripe service and increased purchase capture by implementing up-sale strategies.

• Handled the white-labling of Azuqua hosted, and self-hosted ISV's with large code refactoring efforts and new asset delivery strategies.

• Created internal dashboards for Azuqua hosted, and self-hosted ISV's that included new database definitions and metrics for all feature consumption.

• Implemented Immediate Error Notifications for customer integrations, with requisite UI components and backend email html compositions hooking into our email delivery services.

• Implemented email Daily Summaries with requisite database tables containing rolling histories of client automation integrations.

Mission: Create robust and enterprise level Cloud Management micro-services. I am currently focused Cloud Security, with previous experience on squads developing micro-services for Virtual Machines, Object Storage, and Access Control.

Lived and worked in Taipei. I prepared original materials and taught multiple sections of English

language classes to students ranging from 2nd to 11th grade. While the students learned English, my

off-hours excursions through Taipei and elsewhere in Taiwan greatly furthered my proficiency in

Chinese.

Mentored Elementary School students in Algebra in a fast-paced, advanced-placement

environment, and assisted professor by grading exams and quizzes.
