Currently leading design for the Growth Foundations and Retail Engagement team at Coinbase. Specifically, my focus is on the unification of internal tooling and systems related to multi-channel campaign creation, deployment, and management. This work stream entails the creation of one unified end-to-end experience, the standardization of data variable and experimentation layers, incentive and reward creation, the creation of management dashboards, and systems and business thinking.

In partnering with ENG, PM, design partners, and our users, I've been able understand and improve upon our backend, build around technical constraints, and help data move more efficiently through our system all while providing a more intuitive and valuable user experience for our CRM managers.

Leading design and strategy to build advertiser facing products and features in partnership with engineering and product. Specifically, driving the adoption and success of SMB and enterprise advertising across Pinterest; as well as growing the number of sustainable active advertisers.

• Own the tactical design growth of multiple products, features, upsells, and surfaces across two teams under Advertiser Growth.

• Redesigned the automated campaigns tool and grew it's average daily revenue from $15K to $65K+.

• Designed and shipped the personalized marketing plan to SMBs in the US and Canada with an estimated impact of $40M+ incremental revenue annually.

During my time at Podium, I worked closely with two teams, Marketing and Growth. Together with my engineering, PM, content, research, and design partners—I facilitated the launch of several critical user experiences that directly impacted product and business objectives.

On the Marketing team, I focusing on tooling for SMBs like text-message marketing, reviews, webchat, pop-ups, and automations. Later on the Growth team my efforts were concentrated on driving business growth. This included increasing revenue, facilitating the expansion of users in-product, activating new customers, and acquiring new customers. This shift allowed me to have a more significant impact on the product and the company's overall success.

Working as a product designer at Underbelly I was afforded the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients and projects from marketing sites to team augmentation contracts with Netflix and Facebook. Within Facebook I worked on multiple teams and several products including Creator Studio, Video Ads, Lead Ads, and Events. I worked on multi-team, systems-level redesigns and launched several new products and features.
