We’re building a next generative AI creative tool for the future of digital art, image editing, & 3D modeling

• Lead backend development for an AI-powered drawing app that gives artists control over how AI interprets their work, with a focus on ethical use and to monetize their styles, securing $4.2 million in seed funding.

• Architect cost efficient micro-service system for generating images with state-of-the-art image to image diffusion and transformer models, and Svdiff and LoRA model fine-tuning.

• Manage machine learning and backend efforts, executing on timelines, writing specs, and mentoring two engineers using an agile, experiment-driven approach to deliver key features.

• Developed and maintained backend services for a Microsoft Office’s Planner, a collaborative task management service, using C# and .NET Core, serving 9 million monthly active users.

• Implemented CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, improving deployment efficiency and code quality and a customer facing audit solution for admins to monitor user activity

• Led cross-team collaborations to propose new designs, securing approval by aligning solutions with existing practices and accepted approaches.

• Gained foundational skills in system design, and maintaining large-scale, industry-level infrastructure.

Applied NLP techniques (Labeled LDA, RNNs, CNNs) to analyze media framing in political news using the CMU Media Frames Corpus. Implemented a Labeled LDA model with MALLET to identify key framing terms and compared its performance to deep learning models. Presented findings as part of my senior research.

Modeled Gypsy Moth spread and tree mortality in the Northeastern U.S. using ArcGIS, R, scikit-learn, and pandas, developing predictive models for conservation efforts.
