Redesigned the entire Alumni Center portal, taking it from web2.0 to a fully-responsive, modern interface and experience, incorporating it into McKinsey's broader design system, expanding the design system, and enhancing and refining the user experience of the site. Design lead at Bridger. I work with clients to fully design their product (user flows, user experience, design system, and the user interface) and work with teams to build it in an agile manner. Also organize, facilitate, and participate in concept sprints and workshops for clients, helping them take an idea or problem, research it, come up with multiple solutions, flesh it out, prototype it, and ultimately test it with users before committing to building it, saving time and money.
