LawNET IT - Information Technology Department
• Supporting 1,065 law students and over 100 school wide faculty and staff in daily hardware/software ad hoc errors, issues, and project requests, including school-wide cyber security protocols and periodic hardware, software, and network modifications
• Experienced client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail communication, over the phone, remote desktop software, and in-person assistance
• Multi-tasking for department-wide initiatives, effective education for the newest product
installations, and translating necessary client requirements into technically feasible solutions
• Understanding of collaboration necessary to thrive in multifaceted IT Operations and its many interrelationships (Records Office, A/V Department, HR, sub-institutions of Law School)
• Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment demanding timely communication skills and exceptional customer service
