As a Staff Engineer and Technical Lead:

• Supervised the introduction of React into GRIN's tech stack from 0 to production.

• Implemented a trunk-based CI/CD pipeline for automated deployments of GRIN's React apps, utilizing a PNPM monorepo, the NX build system, and Github Actions.

• Provided architecture consultations for teams developing React features and apps.

• Developed documentation and educational resources for React and Typescript development.

• Led the cross-functional committee for front-end development. This committee managed the major cross-team front-end related initiatives.

As the Founding Team Lead:

• Helped hire and build the first team of software engineers.

• Acted as an interim manager for 10 months with responsibilities like 1:1s and performance reviews.

• Introduced and trained the team in Agile software development.

• Successfully ramped new software engineers while continuing to deliver several large features.
