Spearheaded product design for Firestore, GCP's first document database post-acquisition, integrating brand identities and feature sets from beta to the 2019 launch, powering applications for 1.5B+ monthly active users.

Defined the core product strategy and vision through stakeholder collaboration, resulting in a foundational app architecture and thoroughly tested mental model still in use today.

Hands-on designed signature areas (TV guide, player, onboarding) while also securing resources by engaging YouTube contributors and directing an external agency to scale design across all platforms.

Contributed to rapid market growth (98% US households, 8M+ subscribers by May 2024) and earned industry recognition (2 design patents, Webby Award '18).

Led system-wide input design (incl. voice search, remote interaction model) shaping and establishing the platform for TV app development.

Launched Xbox 360's NXE in 2008. The New Xbox Experience(NXE) was a complete overhaul of the original "Blade" Interface of the Xbox 360.
