• Tech Lead for a brand new bioinformatics pipeline execution platform.

• Greenfield Python and Angular development, using a stream processing framework (Faust, similar to Kafka Streams), Apache Kafka, and bleeding edge async Python, among other technologies.

• Authoring Nextflow pipelines, and leading efforts to establish best practices with Nextflow, a new and evolving bioinformatics pipeline workflow engine.

• Greenfield full-stack web development for a machine-learning backed internal product (bleeding edge React, Redux, Python/Flask, Recharts viz library, Material UI, test-driven development, etc.)

• Member in the extremely fast-paced, agile, Analytics Center of Excellence, where I also helped standardize the team on React.
