• Conceived, built, and deployed production machine learning models in Python to develop RFP prices and pricing adjustments for enterprise customers using market and historical data. Backtested models showed performance improvements of 289 bps bias and 43 bps MAPE and are used during negotiations for $350M in annual revenue
• Developed and took end to end ownership of source of truth operational forecast in support of multiple teams and stakeholders. Worked directly with senior leadership to inform product roadmap using causal inference and experimentation, including contract renegotiations resulting in projected net profit savings of >$10M in H2 2020, and integrated into company financial planning processes
• Conducted exploratory analyses to develop and launch pricing algorithm for new “cluster” RFP program in Dec 2022 to grow revenue and drive customer satisfaction with enhanced pricing flexibility based on historical behavior. Impacted contracts showed ~10% YoY growth in awarded volume in Q1 2023, equating to a ~$2M increase in annual revenue
• Created pricing reporting pipeline using SQL, Python, and Tableau to develop indexed outlooks of prior performance, market benchmarks, and forecasts. Tool became primary source of data driven insights for C-suite executives in setting pricing strategy and roadmaps for long-term contracts, representing 80% of company revenue
• Built and evangelized staffing simulation tool using statistical models measuring relationship between customer response times & business outcomes. Successfully pitched recommendation to increase headcount with projected impact of $310K net profit in H2 2021.
• Co-owner of DS Review session, weekly meeting for knowledge sharing across the Convoy DS community. Responsibilities include coordinating weekly agendas, moderating sessions, and generating interest/participation from non-presenters.
