• Participate in design-thinking exercises to break through organizational silos and collaboratively solve complex design challenges.

• Design and maintain the components, UI patterns, and documentation for the MSCI design system and component library.

• Write documentation and usage guidelines that teach designers and engineers how to use components and patterns.

• Conduct user needs evaluations by participating and contributing to interviewing, field research, competitor research, and journey mapping.

• Participate in collaborative team and client workshops to explore and define the product vision that balances customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility
