Incorporating AI tools, responsible for designing key UX features for analytics experience behind the QR code generator for enterprise clients

• Owning data analytics UX to help users ingest consumer data and develop meaningful insights for features such as enriched demographic data visualization, multi-armed bandit testings, and audience builder

• Driving AI adoption for creating UX system artifacts including Custom GPT for UX writing guidelines, prototypes, and component library

First designer to join the startup around Series B, I hired and led team of 6 designers to transform UX of core products and new products.

• Worked with the executive team to develop key product vision and drive major product design direction

• Designed B2B and B2C SaaS platform products' lifecycle from idea incubation to full execution

• Hired and led a multi-disciplinary design team of 6 designers

• Built product principles, Figma design system, and integrated component library via Storybook

Developed and launched a digital game, Likely Story (formerly called That’s Sus! and Say No More), in collaboration with Victim Services Durham Region and Ontario Network of Victim Service Providers in Canada.
