After several months of exciting work with the team, I decided to explore something different in the new year in line with new goals.

Led design for Tax & Compliance at Airbnb, establishing a new vision and strategy for host onboarding and verification processes. I also oversaw design for time-sensitive, critical compliance projects in US and Europe, achieving over 95% in completion rate and protecting over $20B in Gross Booking Value.

After five years at Airbnb, I took a sabbatical to recharge and focus on personal growth before exploring my next role.

Designed multiple features and improvements for hosts, including new pricing tools and a standardized framework for describing amenities, featured in Airbnb’s release announcements. Led early vision for listing editor redesign.
