Create UX documentation (e.g. user journeys, wireframes, etc) to facilitate conversations, build consensus, and help make decisions.

Analyze web analytics and translate feature requests into multiple solutions and concrete approaches that balance user needs with business growth for websites that attracts over 45,000 unique monthly visitors, then collaboratively narrow ideas and establish requirements.

Collaborated directly with product manager and startup founder to gauge the usability of new and existing features and make suggestions for change. We launched a companion mobile app that was released to the Apple Store and Google Play.

Translated desktop mockups into responsive components in Webflow. After the HTML/CSS hand-off to the back-end development team, we worked together to QA the site to ensure the visual quality. Our client won the 2018 Crystal Award from AMA HOU for the most improved website.

The design team advocated and secured a deeper role within the strategic and discovery phases of a project. During this time, the team also evolved our presentation methodology - introduced interactive prototyping to our team process.
