Additionally, I optimized the cryptocurrency swapping flow on both mobile and desktop platforms, reducing clicks by 50%, which led to fewer customer support calls and increased swap conversion rates.

led the redesign of the EVM bridge experience to address high drop-off rates in cross-chain onboarding.
