At Meta, I led UX design for internal enterprise platforms supporting the global Infrastructure Data Center organization, which manages the growth, operations, and maintenance of Meta’s worldwide data center fleet. My work focused on simplifying complex operational and financial workflows into scalable, intuitive experiences used by employees and vendors globally.
I redesigned key systems including invoice management, vendor workflows, and operational dashboards by leveraging Meta’s XDS design system, improving usability, consistency, and efficiency across the platform. I partnered closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver production-ready designs aligned with technical and business constraints.
My work helped improve adoption, reduce friction in high-volume workflows, and establish reusable patterns that enabled the platform to scale across teams and regions.
