Led the design and implementation of a universal tagging solution that classifies and suggests labels for production incidents. This system provides critical insights into recurring issues, enabling data-driven decisions for reliability program funding.

Led the OpenStack Fuel engineering group at Mirantis, overseeing its entire lifecycle from a 5-person proof-of-concept to a 40+ member distributed team delivering a market-leading product. This experience encompassed the full 0-to-1 product journey in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• **Executive & Technical Leadership:** As Director, held full delivery responsibility for the Fuel product line. Drove product strategy with the C-level team and scaled the organization by hiring and mentoring top talent across 6 global offices.

• **Scaling & Process Engineering:** As Manager, scaled the core product team from 5 to 40+ engineers. Transformed development from a PoC to a shippable product by establishing robust CI/CD and release management practices that were adopted company-wide.

• **Founding Engineer & Architect:** As a founding engineer on the Fuel project, architected its backend services (Python, Ruby) and CI/CD pipelines. Previously, led the architectural design and deployment of one of the first public clouds built on OpenStack.

Architected and automated the deployment of high-availability distributed applications to public clouds. Created and evangelized a set of foundational DevOps and Behavior-Driven Testing (BDT) practices across multiple projects, mentoring junior engineers.
