I work as a Senior Product Data Analyst within the Creator Event Manage pillar, supporting 4 product teams (Event Create, Ticketing & Inventory, Navigation, and Organizer App).
My work focuses on feature analytics — measuring adoption, retention, and monetization impact across the creator lifecycle, and supporting roadmap decisions through experimentation and data.
Key contributions:
• Owned end-to-end analytics for feature launches including Timed Entry, Lineup/Artist, Discounts & 2x1, Mobile Preview, Content Coach, and Organizer App improvements.
• Designed and analyzed A/B tests and causal impact studies to evaluate product changes and inform roadmap decisions.
• Enabled data-informed prioritization across multiple product teams by building scalable dashboards and analytical models in Snowflake, Tableau, and Heap.
• Improved reliability and clarity of product metrics by standardizing definitions, addressing data quality gaps, and partnering with Analytics Engineering.
• Delivered product insights across the user lifecycle to support cross-functional planning and decision-making.
Selected impact:
• Defined the measurement framework for Timed Entry (Beta Aug 2024, GA Oct 2024), transforming fragmented workaround behaviors into a standardized feature with clear adoption and monetization metrics.
• Quantified +44.1% YoY paid ticket growth and +48.5% YoY revenue growth (Nov 2024 vs Nov 2023) among creators using Timed Entry.
• Segmented high-value creators (PHH) across features and contributed to double-digit improvements in retention metrics in Q4 2025.
• Identified that 70–80% of mobile ticket sales came from high-value creators, helping shift Organizer App strategy toward retention and hardware enablement.
• Supported the migration from Google Analytics to Heap, improving data quality and reducing analysis setup time by ~2–4 hours per study.
