• Coordinated hackathons, speaker sessions, and design assets for Silicon Valley’s largest pre-seed founder program.

• Provided UX and product design mentorship, fostering innovation and growth among early-stage startups.

• Managed partnerships with the Japanese government, creating tailored experiences for Japanese founders in the Bay Area.

Entrepreneur First is a startup incubator that selects high-potential individuals to find a co-founder and start globally impactful venture-backed technology companies. With a portfolio valued at over $10B, EF has built over 500 companies and is backed by distinguished tech founders and investors including Reid Hoffman(LinkedIn), Greylock, and Peter Thiel's Founders Fund.

• Selected into EF’s Toronto cohort (3% acceptance rate) to explore co-founding opportunities in tech and validate venture ideas through user research and rapid experimentation.

• Collaborated with early technical founders to prototype new concepts in AI and future-of-work.

Highlights of my role:

• Led 2-6 person teams in the digital transformation, usability and retention of 10 financial service institutions (global asset management firms and strategic partnerships with large Japanese data vendors) accounting for $6.9M USD ASV

• Worked with multiple stakeholders(clients, sales, data integration, product teams) to advise in product and service design localized to the Japanese market

• Advised on data analytics and software solutions in line with client goals such as improving investment decisions, automating reporting processes, and creating efficient data workflows.

I was also a part of the Corporate Social Responsibility committee as a Project Captain and was awarded Volunteer of the Year 2020&2021 for my leadership in CSR expansion.
