• Software Developer for MyChart Bedside
• Working on full stack development of Android and iOS mobile application. The application is designed for hospitalized patients and enables them to access the same information as their clinicians thus making them aware and part of the treatment process.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing various facets of the application such as the back-end, web services and the client application, performing quality checks on the app and assisting customer installs.
Technologies worked with include InterSystems Cache/MUMPS (database layer), C#/ASP .NET (business logic middleware + systems front end), VB6 (systems front end), Android/Java & iOS/Obj C (application)
• As Reporting & Auditing point person for the application, I work closely with the reporting team to design and create reporting content for the application, enabling customers to keep track of key metrics for the success of the application.
• As Mentoring point person, I contribute with a larger group to put structured programs in place for new hires helping them in their transition to the company, mentor new hires on the team and mentor international hires helping them in their transition.
• Also support company’s recruitment efforts by taking phone screen interviews of potential candidates.
