• Worked with 4 interns to build the Newport Design System on Invision’s Design System Manager for Salesforce teams, new users, and customers to learn Vlocity products.

• Compiled existing materials into one master style guide for uniformity and ease of use among large development teams.

• Conducted user testing, interviews, and built new web components to improve the design system

• Launched agency design services in UI/UX and branding for local and national clients.

• Directed a complete website analysis and rebuild which streamlined the customer sales processes and boosted agency awareness

• Developed a design system for pricing and data visualization for 50+ product offerings, which improved customer experiences and reduced pricing inquiries by more than 50%
