As part of the Manufacturing Test Engineering team at ZT Systems, I design, develop, and optimize automation solutions that ensure the reliability and performance of hyperscale servers deployed by AWS, Meta, Microsoft, and other cloud infrastructure leaders. My work bridges software engineering, systems validation, and high-volume manufacturing, enabling efficient production of next-generation compute hardware.

Conduct stress testing, diagnostics, and maintenance of server hardware (CPUs, RAM, SSDs, NICs) in a high-volume production environment. Troubleshoot failures, support root cause analysis, and improve test processes. Hands-on experience with Linux tools, firmware utilities, and system-level validation.

Published research paper in European Conference on Information Retrieval.

Integrated ElasticSearch for search functionality in the portal pipleline ( Portal available at - nlpexplorer.org )

Scraped the ACL Anthology data and used Named Entity Recognition (NER) and topic modeling for data extraction and modeling.

Used Flask framework on back-end and Bootstrap on front-end to present the collected data on the portal.

Designed responsive front-end UI using Bootstrap framework to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Developed back-end RESTful APIs with Python Flask to enable seamless integration between front-end and database.

Implemented MySQL database and optimized queries to support data storage and fast retrieval for the application.
