• Manage all coaching requests and execute end-to-end program operations for enterprise leadership development engagements
• Serve as primary point of contact for coaches, leaders, and cross-functional partners; support Chronus platform (system of record) administration and all engagement logistics
• Provide exceptional customer service to learners and leaders, responding promptly while tailoring communications to stakeholder needs
• Coordinate and support scheduling for monthly Coaching Insights meetings and range of program-related touchpoints
• Collaborate with billing team to ensure accuracy and maintain comprehensive engagement tracking
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities that improve effectiveness while balancing business needs and system capabilities
• Leverage PowerAutomate and Mailmerge to send scaled communications; craft compelling messaging for marketing and program updates
• Partner with teammates to develop program assets including one-pagers, playbooks, and resource materials
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Chronus platform functionality and how system capabilities influence program scalability and process design
