Account Executive on Verizon
Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, presenting solutions for potential work, and managing cross-agency relationships within the network to grow the business. Deliverables included: Direct mail, email, and digital content projects under the small and mid-market B2B lines of business.
Project Manager / Account Manager on Cisco
• Project Manager: Acted as project manager and eventual team lead for multiple lines of business. Project management responsibilities include: Scoping work, SOW creation, hard cost management (with vendors), resourcing, forecasting, budget reporting, and owning project from inception to delivery across multiple internal teams. Deliverables included: Strategy, video, media kits, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Omnichannel Account Manager: Acted as co-owner of the Omnichannel lines of business, where I worked directly with clients and an SVP Group Account Director to execute high-volume, programmatic and personalized omnichannel campaigns. These were pilot programs that were very technical and required a high-level of interaction with both internal cross-discipline teams and client teams. Deliverables included: Touchpoint strategies, media kits, smart landing pages, banners, email journeys, etc.

Responsible for scoping new out-of-scope work, SOW creation, and creating team process for projects from inception to activation. Projects were primarily custom emails (Salesforce), social kits, and support for a digital product configurator. On email projects, I acted as scrum master and team lead with the Development and Project Management teams using Agile methodology.
