Managing the operation of LDC project. Oversee all aspects of the project, worked closely with engineers, designers, quality managers, safety managers, schedulers and logistic to develop plans, establish project schedules in order to complete the project on time and within scope. Oversee sand Manage Project schedule. Work with foreman to ensure all blockers and issues are removed and we are on track reaching our targeted milestones. Work with foreman to ensure the quality and standards are followed and the project meet GDCC-Installation standards F16. Work with cross functional partner with any coordination between the teams. Assisting Meta in coordination of schedules and inventories to ensure efficient and effective operation of the assigned department or facility. Work with back-office onboarding new employees needed for the project and help them set up. Work with project PC ensuring all the timesheets and PTOs are properly processed. Work with Project Engineer to ensure and verify all IFC drawing benchmarks are completed. Work with Project Engineer to ensure all the additional work and task orders are completed timely. Work with Safety team ensuring site safety and employees safety awareness. Work with site QAQC ensuring all meta and QAQC punch lists and issues are properly fixed and closed.

Designed, drafted, and finalized LDC (F16) Installation Standards on a lease facility and testing standards. Work with foreman and team ensuring the team understand Meta-GDCC standards. Create new standards and benchmark first a kind as needed. Managed LDC1/2 BIM 360 Project and ensure all the punch list and checklists are completed. Work with Meta FE ensuring all Meta GDCC standards and quality benchmarks are completed and the project stays up the highest standards. Inspected all procedures, specifications, methods, and results of production and installation. Inspected all materials, packaging materials, labeling and finished projects/tasks. Reviewed all projects/task records for accuracy and completeness before sending to customer. Ensured that the latest revision of Corporate Quality procedures and client installation standards are being used at all times.

Investigated of client quality complaints, Evaluated of new materials prior to field installation. Internal audits to verify compliance to regulations and standards. Provide a customer focused service that is responsive, flexible and cost effective

Leaded a team of 15 technician building different parts of the project including cabling backbone to RSW and GS, Network building in Cores, Data Halls and MDFs, building infrastructure including switches, rail kits, MBOXs and any other device installation. Testing and troubleshooting all kids of fibers and coppers.
