Revamp the end-to-end customer-facing and operational innovation architecture with marketing, branding team, and product managers to aim to gain more users. Design the MODE BizStack shop by conducting brand interviews, making mind mapping, brainstorming on ideas and product flow during a rough draft into a high-fidelity design. Created BizStack brand guidelines to ensure platform-wide and material-wide design consistencies.

Brainstormed UX and UI design ideas with the stakeholder and visualized in high-fidelity design with Figma. Analyzed and went through developed products with the engineering team and discussed how to improve in usability. Clarified UI design guidelines and functionalities of the product with the stakeholder.

Created site maps, user flows, personae (user types), and high-fidelity designs to improve the usability of the company's existing product. Analyzed Google Analytics and KPI and found the problems that users and the product were facing. Conducted user interviews and usability testing to find usability problems and analyzed the test and users' feedback. Collaborated with the engineering team and product managers to clarify product goals and catch up with development updates in weekly meetings. Presented new UI ideas, design ideas, and solutions to improve the product's functionality to gain more returning users and new users.

Redesigned Quickworks UI at Quickwork's existing website with the Agile method in a team of 3 and aimed to improve the two bounce rate. Recreated information architecture to improve usability and functionality based on the problems statements we have found. Pictured the ideas in sketches and turned them into wireframes and high-fidelity designs. Conducted usability testing to clarify the problems in usability and analyzed feedback from the test users. Collaborated with the engineering team to clarify the UI design and functionality.
