The Bank Information Center (BIC) is a non-profit that advocates for the protection of rights, transparency, and public accountability at the World Bank Group and regional development banks.
Responsibilities:
• Maintained and enhanced website for Bank Information Center (BIC)
• Ensured website security patches, theme and plugins were up to date and compatible
• Coordinated technology infrastructure across offices, troubleshooting and addressing server and computer issues on a daily basis
• Managed production on all BIC publications, ranging from brochures to case studies, as well as e-newsletters
